Fatty liver: Is a bad finding. Need to see a gastroenterologist to check your liver for damage. Also see your regular doctor to be evaluated for metabolic syndrome and pre diabetes. The granuloma of your spleen is no big deal. You body fought off an infection and left a calcification.

See answer: Low density fatty liver is common and often asymptomatic. It may be metabolic or related to medications. Talk to your dr and likely correlate with liver function tests to be certain. Calcified splenic granulomas are also common, asymptomatic and indicate exposure /prior infection.
