Are you talking: about an acidic blood pH? This is a metabolic issue, often related to respiratory problems, that you cannot really manage on your own. Talk to your doc about your concerns.

Evaluate diet first: How was the acid pH diagnosed? If by pH strip testing of saliva or urine, these tests can reflect the ingestion of too much acid-producing foods in the diet. I would suggest keeping a 7-day food diary along with pH testing of urine (mid-stream) & have that information reviewed by a holistic (integrative) physician who is well-versed in nutrition as a first step, then assess if more wk-up is needed
