Palpitations: I suspect that you're experiencing premature heart beats. If they are occurring, you would note an irregularity of your pulse when they occur. A physician can examine you, order an EKG and outpatient Holter Monitor which can document and identify these extrasystoles(premature atrial or ventricular beats) if they are causing your symptoms.Extrasystoles may be related to pulmonary hypertension.
