Per Drugs.Com: Lexamil (escitalopram) side effects may include: Common (1% to 10%): Decreased appetite, increased appetite, weight increased. Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Anorexia, carbohydrate craving, weight decreased. I have never seen people lose 8 kg in a month as a side effect of escitalopram. I am glad you are feeling good on this medd.
