Yes: Sofradex can be used safely in patients with grommets. The drops have been used after grommet placement to reduce infection and clogging. Discharge after grommets is common especially after a cold and Sofradex ear drops can be used to control infection rather then oral antibiotics. Good ;uckor swimming
