My ent doctor tried hoovering hard wax. i have it in both ears and cannot see if grommets have come out. he gave me soda bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) ear drops. but there was acute pain afterwards. what should i do?

May be normal: During process of wax removal may sustain mild trauma causing pain. Follow with ent.

Go back: This could be expected but go back to get the loosened wax removed and double check that the eardrum is okay.
