i have high bp (145/90) and resting heart rate in low 60s.. i ride a bike intensely for work for 90 mins 5 days a week. can the exercise cause this?

Bike riding and BP. : If anything, I'd think the cardiovascular exercise would lower your heart rate (which it seems it has) and your blood pressure (which it seems it has not). You may just have high blood pressure.
