Sleep deprivation: can cause daytime drowsiness, inattention, daily fatigue, lower your immune system, may be related to anxiety, depression or metabolic issues.Time to see your PCP for a definitive comprehensive physical exam to define your sleep disorder and you may need a sleep study.

No damage: But just unhealthy, sleep deprivation can affect you on the long run, visit your doctor for initial assessment and pertinent lab tests/ referrals, meanwhile try good sleep hygiene, no tv/internet/smart phones one hour before you retire, no caffeinated beverages in the evening, cool quiet bedroom, warm shower before going to bed after a light healthy meal, fresh air and exercise in am, good luck
