Uncertain, please: let your doctor know. Symptoms of acute Lithium toxicity may include: diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness & weakness. More extreme toxicity can cause: tremors, decreased coordination of extremities, muscle twitching, slurred speech, uncontrolled eye movements, seizures & coma.
