See a neurologist: There are many possible causes including medications, age, caffeine, stress, essential tremor, and Parkinson's disease to name a few. See your primary care physician to have your tremors evaluated. If he/she is concerned, you would be referred to a neurologist. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/tremor.html
