However, if you noticed it, you might want to consider other explanations, like: obstructive sleep apnea, "withdrawal" or "crashing" after a stimulant effect is gone (eg 8 or 10 hours after a dose of adderall), or depression (sometimes product of real life problems caused by the adhd derivatives..Like poor performance at work, etc). These situations are very common.
