May not be related: Fatigue is not usually a presenting symptom, especially in children. Difficulty with sleep due to inability to settle down or as a result of stimulant medication could cause fatigue. If sleep does not seem to be a problem or the patient is an adult other possible causes of the fatigue should be considered.
