Doing some research on adhd as i think i may be. is tiredness a symptom of adhd?

Not exactly, but...: It is not considered a symptom that defines adhd, but it certainly can "co-occur" with it. If hyperactivity is present, that activity can simply wear you out. Also, the cognitive inefficiency and frustration of not being able to finish things that people struggle with can leave us mentally fatigued. Also, persistent tiredness is a symptom of depression, so don't ignore that possibility.

ADHD sxs: Agree w. Dr. Coffin. Although we don't normally think of being tired as an adhd symptom - when the energizer bunny wears down - he is likely to be exhausted. If you think you may have adhd - suggest you get assessed so that you know. If you do - you can do something about it.
