Yes: Concerta and the other stimulants work their way out of your system fast. Fatigue is common when first stopping or missing a dose of the drug. The fatigue will pass after a few good nights sleep though

Concerta instantly helps my responsibility induced anxiety and helps fatigue, but not cognitively. Does this sound like ADHD or like something else?
