Open or dry cover: Glad to hear your eczema and infection are doing better. Generally infection and eczema are aggravated by warm, moist areas, so if you can leave the area open and dry until it is healed, it is best. On the other hand, if open sandals are not acceptable for safety or work dress code, a dry cover such as a clean white sock is acceptable.
