Pulpectomy: Usually it is but each case is different. You may have an infection or there may still be tissue in the canals. Therefore call the dentist who treated you for advice. You may need to be seen sooner than your scheduled appointment. Your own dentist can prescribe antibiotics if necessary and an appropriate pain medication meanwhile.
