See urologist: At age 37 not an age where enlarged prostate is usual. If you are having urinary symptoms most likely related to enlarged prostate. Recommend get evaluated by a urologist .

Urology evaluation: You are young for BPH (benign prostatic hypertrophy), and this needs a much more intensive evaluation. Has a PSA test been done? Has a urologist been consulted? Are you taking any medications to deal with improving urinary flow? See a urologist ASAP, as fully agree with need to stabilize.
