Dermodex is a product containing substances to combat fungi, bacteria and many other causes of skin eruption. Small bumps on the scrotal skin are often normal, but since you're bothered by itching, it warrants an evaluation by your physician or a dermatologist. In the meantime wear white underwear and avoid tight jeans.
