Yes and no: hysteroscope can see more detail inside the uterine cavity. However, a diagnostic laparoscopy to see the abdominal/pelvic view of the uterus and ovaries might be recommended as well, and more helpful. If bladder pain a cystoscope could be done. Ask your doctor
