Hypoglycemia: Loss of consciousness with nondiabetic or medication induced hypoglycemia is most unusual. Tremors, lightheadedness, mild sweating, palpitations,fatigue may occur.

Depends on cause: Feeling light-headed or weak (but not passing out) is common in nondiabetics when they have not had enough to eat for several hours. It gets better quickly if you eat some sweets. A brief period of unconsciousness (faint) is usually caused by low blood pressure, not low sugar. It passes quickly if you raise the feet. See a doctor if you're not sure.
