Not a good idea.: The 81mg aspirin is a standard antiplatelet dose for stent maintenance. There are doses of aspirin that are 25mg daily, but those are less studied. I would be opposed to 325mg-650mg doses because of the increased bleeding risk. Stick with the (low / adequate) dose of aspirin 81mg daily.
