65 yr old male. had mi restenosis on monday with lad stent. ef 55% and small apical thrombus. taking tricagulor twice daily, aspirin once, apixaban 5mg twice. nose bleed happening with little clot 2 times a day? it stops.worried. what should i do?

Notify the prescribing doctor. Most likely this involves a localized nasal lesion, and not necessarily a risk of bleeding elsewhere, but in your case, it pays to be extra cautious.
