No: Vitamin K has an impact on warfarin (Coumadin) because it is a a part of the coagulation pathway - the various proteins in blood that come together when activated to form a clot, aspirin has its effect on a different part of coagulation, the platelets making them "less sticky" and less likely to form a clot. Eat all the salad you want.
