Unusual: You present a very unusual set of symptoms. What is needed to start, is more specific details as to the elements of time, position and duration. It is odd that the pain is restricted to just both big toes. The obvious consideration is the type of shoes you are wearing and the presence of any significant physiological or anatomical factors that could be at least partially to blame.
