I don't recommend it: If you are recovering from "stomach flu" and are starting to feel hungry again, no vomiting or diarrhea, it's fine to start adding solids to your diet, however I would take it easy af first. Try something bland, low in fat, and easy to digest (chicken noodle soup, crackers, toast etc) before trying anything oily, fried, or spicy! Your digestive system is recovering, you don't want to shock it! :)
