Can a blood pregnancy or ultrasound test be off by two weeks?

There are: statistical variations and ranges of normal for both tests, but it changes with the duration of pregnancy, so for example it would be highly unlikely for a normal 7 week pregnancy to be off by 2 weeks on US dating, but that would not be an unusual range later in the pregnancy. How far are you along?
