Hello i have missed my periods for two months now and have all the pregnancy symptoms but till now all the tests plus a blood test are negative ?

Not pregnant: Pregnancy tests are fairly accurate and if you have had more than one negative pregnancy test, then most likely you are not pregnant. A woman can miss 1 or 2 periods for no apparent reason, or there may be an underlying cause for this secondary amenorrhea. If you are wanting to get pregnant, you should consult a physician regarding your missed periods, especially if you miss a 3rd period.
