Need more info: Are you diabetic? How much do you weigh? What are the actual A1c numbers? Do you need to take insulin? Your question would be better addressed by your doctor who knows more about your health. Wish you good health!

Rise in A1c : More information is needed. I am not sure if you have diabetes or not. If you are not diabetic you may have a genetic and environmental predisposition towards getting diabetes. You need to speak to your doctor, but most likely you have one or more of the following genes to have diabetes, are overweight, or have a fat-rich diet.
