I know my a1c and I check blood glucose fasting and post Prandial daily. I eat very low carb and workout daily. Why do I need a dx???
55 year old had labs done. 103 fasting and 5.2 A1c. Fasting has always been in the 90s. 123 pounds and I try to eat low carb low sugar. Taking thyroid and cholesterol med. Anything I can do to lower fasting? Worried about diabetes and health anxiety?
