I had a cardiac ablation procedure on 03/28/19 got out the next day is if normal to have chest pain a lot that bothers me day/night now after healing?

Not normal: I would be concerned about continual chest pain persisting so long after cardiac ablation. You should notify the ep specialist who performed the procedure and I'm sure that he/she will want to examine you to check for an post ablation complications.
