It takes some time : Be patient, psychiatric medications are not Aspirin that takes away headaches in minutes. It will takes a few more days or weeks before you see the previous level of effect. Some times going back on the same dose after having missed for days also has adverse effect. Talk to your psychiatrist as well.

Wait: Maybe it has to build back up in your system for a few more days, especially since you were out for two days. In my practice, Gabapentin is a good medicine, but i personally do not feel it's the best for panic attacks. I don't want you to change your regimen just based on what i say, as i haven't examined you. If you were my patient with classic panic disorder, i probably would try nortriptyline.
