As tolerated: Means: you are walking until you feel pain. Every day it will more. But if you over exercise up to moderate pain it takes longer to recover from any tear, sprain. Be well

As tolerated: A cam boot would traditionally protect a longitudinal tendon tear in your foot or ankle, and so, unless your doctor instructed you otherwise, it is likely you could walk as much as tolerated. I would check with him or her first.
