Asthma varies: The degree of asthma one has varies from person to person. The things that trigger attacks will also vary. Most will have periods of rather easy control mixed with harder to control times. If you are having difficulty you likely do not have an individualized plan that allows you to boost meds during hard times & decrease them when possible.Get back with your doc & work out such a plan.
