Hi doc..what is good for nose congestion ..i went to emergency room for my asthma and doc told me i have sins congestion too..make my breathing worse?

Sinus congestion: It depends on the cause of the sinus congestion. If it is felt to be related to allergies then intranasal steroids, Singulair (montelukast) or antihistamines may help. If it is related to mucus and poor drainage then trying gentle spray intranasal saline is an option. All the best.
