My wife has recently been diagnosed with peripartum cardiomyapathy. what are our options for future conception?

Somewhat risky: The chance of having peripartum cardiomyopathy after another pregnancy in the future is increased, but not absolute. A lot depends on how well she recovers now. A perinatologist (high-risk pregnancy specialist) should be able to answer much more about your individual situation.
