Exercise/ diet: You will need to limit your calorie-intake and choose healthier food (more veggie, less carb) in addition to pursuing a regular exercise program (150 minutes or more per week in 3-4 sessions). Alcohol and smoking favor the tummy area. Do realize that your body configuration is often determined by genetics and your ability to change it is limited.
