1 week postpartum having some mild lower leg aching.it is in both legs equally, all over the calf area (not one spot).no red, swell, etc. dvt concern?

Calf pain: Blood clots are generally not in both legs simultaneously, especially without symptoms such as described. Pain in lower legs is probably muscular only, and may be due to sudden resumed activity after childbirth. See your healthcare provider if this persists.
