Internist first: You need to see an Internal Medicine MD first to stabilize your Diabetes mellitus condition. Moreover, Internists often have Diabetes specialists (Endocrinologist) to manage this condition in excess of what a GP MD can do. Only after the Diabetes is stable, then see a GYN MD for the spotting.
