Obgyn consult: A vascular cyst and an endometrioma are too different things. Probably the best thing to do is to schedule a visit with an Obgyn to evaluate this as neither of these really cause irregular spotting and brown discharge. Brown is usually old blood.

7 CM ovarian cyst, ca-125 levels elevated (48), roma score & all blood tests good. Previously had nasopharyngeal cancer. Recurrence or endometrioma?
Radiologist says I have a hemorrhagic cyst but cannot exclude endometrioma. Repeat US. But my gyn didn't see the pic but said ok. Should I take US?
