Good Nutrition: Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and moderate amounts of lean meat. I try to eat 5-6 small meals a day. This keeps your digestive tract working constantly and you never overload your system which can make you sluggish. Drink plenty of water everyday, at least 8 glasses. Moderate amounts of exercise daily. Try to get 6-8 hours of sleep every night. Limited alcohol, coffee, and sugar.
