No. No.: In childhood, being happy, sleeping well, eating a healthy diet, and getting plenty of outdoor exercise... will get a person to his or her maximum height destiny. After that, nothing natural will increase her leg length. She can make herself look and feel taller, by proper selection of shoes and clothes, plus having good posture and self-confidence... and maybe living among a shorter population.
