Yes: Leg lengths change with age and it is usually better to wait until growth spurt ends - to known what length is appropriate.

Childhood arthritis: First, what kind of arthritis does ur child have? Is it rheumatoid arthritis or another kind? If the child has rheumatoid arthritis one needs to start the treatment right away.
