See endocrinologist: Hi. What you describe is called eunuchoid proportions and is associated with hypogonadism. Are your penis and testes under developed? You will need to have testosterone, estradiol, LH, FSH, and karyotype checked for starters. Depending on diagnosis, there may be treatment. Good luck!

Not really: There is some linear growth in the vertebral bodies but most comes in the long bones (arms,legs). Most males will finish linear growth around 17-18 when the growth centers close. An x-ray of your wrist/hand could be evaluated for open growth centers. If open at 20, this suggests a delay of growth & more could occur. Body proportions are under genetic influence.
