I have had different colored stools after being on antibiotics for a bacteria infection. what is causing this and should i be concerned ?

Depends: Any antibiotic can change gut flora and thus change the color, consistency and smell of the stool. Occasionally, other issues can occur that are the result of overgrowth of bad bacteria - called c. Diff which needs treatment itself. See your doc for a reevaluation.
