More info needed...: Hard or soft? How big? On the cheeks or the jaw bone? How long have they been there? Do they hurt? Have your dentist take a look.

Bumps: Some are normal anatomic structures that were never noticed before. Some are transient, gone in 2 weeks. Some are lesions, either benign or problematic. You will have to be examined to be diagnosed. Why don't you give your Dentist a call and let him/her take a look.
