Have it checked: Have your dentist check it out -it is probably a salivary gland or taste bud-possibly tonsillar tissue.

Probably normal : Bumps on the back of the tongue may be normal anatomy that is commonly mistaken as an abnormality. These are most likely your papillae. However, if itchy, or even painful, perhaps the bumps may be something else. Your best bet would be to get an evaluation by a dentist if becomes symptomatic or if it is really concerning you.
