If some one 35 weeks pregnant uses cocain one time at 35 weeks how long will it take to get clean. ? and what are the chances of baby coming out dirty

Pregnancy & "coke": I wish this question was about the drinking kind of "Coke" (soda pop), but unfortunately the use of cocaine (one time?) during pregnancy has a severe impact on fetus & mother. Getting "clean" means no further use of the drug and indeterminate liver/kidney excretion rates. The treating OB MD must be informed immediately of cocaine use as the fetus may have withdrawal signs at delivery.
