Not "clean": The baby will not be "clean" as the chemical effects will impair both the fetal development and produce fetal dependency. Immediately, you need to notify your OB MD (& Anesthesiologist) who will need to notify the future Pediatrician of the expected fetal medical complications at the C/section. You need to strongly consider rehab for this issue for your child's sake.
