Nasal blisters: You may have developed nasal herpes or secondary bacterial infection try using antibiotic ointment like neosporin on nose lesions. If this gets worse you should be seen by your doctor to be sure this is not a spreading infection e.g. Staphylococcus. Herpes lesions are usually self limiting and take two weeks or so to heal, but it should not be spreading.
