Not much: Since one tends to eat more (especially on sugar , salt, and fat) when eating out, cutting down on this plus soft drinks are good ideas. As for the micronutrient diet and reboot, there has been no proof and there is no reason to believe that these provide any long term health benefits. In fact, too much juice is actually not good for your body (too much sugar and no fiber).
